This brand new 24" Bettis Nomad medium-thin ride weighs in at 2903 grams, and was hammered into shape from a SABIAN cymbal blank outside of Riggins, the Whitewater Capital of Idaho. She features my Hard Top process of making cymbals. With Hardtops, I hammer only on the tops of the cymbals instead of both top and bottom. It increases the work-hardening of the playing surface for enhanced stick attack.
